MMA Magazines

Wassup, readers. As you know, the sport of MMA (mixed martial arts) is everywhere. So much so, that there are now several magazines that cover the sport. I have taken it upon myself to cover three magazines in particular.

The first magazine is Ultimate Grappling. I won't waste a lot of time on this magazine because it looks like a waste of time putting it together. This magazine is one big advertisement. There are more ads than stories. In fact, they are scattered so far throughout the mag, it's hard to tell where the ads stop and the stories begin. It's an unorganized waste of money. Fire your graphic designer. He sucks!!! Ultimate Grappling is an ultimate letdown.

Second on the list is TapouT. This magazine is ok. It does suffer from quite a bit of advertisements, but not overkill that the previous mag offered. This magazine is a little better because you actually can tell where the stories start and stop. Plus, the ads look pretty good as well.

The best of the best is FIGHT! Magazine. Cheap subscription price and worth every damn penny of your money. This is what a magazine should look like. This mag has order. It's sleek, fun to read, and very informative. There is no ad overkill. The ads they do present look very professional and would actually make me wanna buy the products showcased.
